Gavin is excited to build his career in the wellness industry at the Training Factory. He has a focus in clinical work, injury rehabilitation, and working with athletes. The TF gym is a perfect fit for his new eye and perspective to the field.

A graduate from LCC’s Massage Therapy program and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, he is finishing his degree in Kinesiology from LCC. He has grown up around sports, from soccer to roller derby, and has seen it all. He has been a personal trainer for over 2 years and is the owner and founder of Reform & Recover Bodyworks.
